Alere Medical wanted to do an annual kickoff conference with all their department heads and star achievers of the previous year. Vartik suggested to do it in Bangkok, as it will motivate the employees and also will give them the zeal to achieve more and get a chance to be a part of a grand conference next year. The Scheduling, Designing, and Execution of the conference was done by Vartik group.
